Cancellation Policy

Please contact us before booking to make sure your date and time are available. Same day appointments can only be made over the phone. ALL Payments must be made upfront to book. Your session will be lost if cancelling within 48 hours Make sure you have a secure connection when online as bad signal may affect your session. Its best to use a PC or a hard wire for best results.
