What to Expect

In our sessions together, we start by exploring what coping mechanisms you resonate with using breathing techniques, somatic therapy, colour therapy, EFT Tapping and others. This is especially important if you have never tried this type of work before as it allows you to look at your stuff in a safe environment without getting overwhelmed by what may come up. It can also help you to get through your day and everyday for the rest of your life.
